Hey look! I'm back! Again.

So. 

It's been 8 months since I last posted on this blog.  Yes, I fell off the wagon. 
Again.
And here I am again.  On September 8, I gave up soda (again).  I have been soda free since then.  I'm doing this once more.  Back on the wagon.  Committing (again) to lose the weight I need to lose to feel better, look better and hopefully prevent myself from going down the diabetes path like my parents. 

I know this isn't an exciting post but here's my stats today.

Highest weight: 305.8
Last weigh-in on this blog: 293.4
September 8: 289.6
Today's weight: 278.6

I am getting there!  I AM doing this!

How am I doing it?  I gave up soda, most sugar and most grain.  I am eating rice occasionally but not too much or my weight loss stalls.

I'll be back tomorrow with an actual "before" photo.  I want to attempt to take monthly photos after that.
